How we work
We like to meet our customers, virtually or otherwise, to gain a deep understanding of the work that is required to be undertaken.
We will provide a detailed specification of the work to be carried out which can be refined with further meetings.
Once the specification and work has been approved, then a full project schedule is agreed along with payment and delivery milestones.
All works are overseen by project managers to ensure that delivery is made as planned.
Should the plan change for any reason, a revised project schedule is produced and will be implemented once approved.
We keep our customers informed with regular updates and report to a portal on a task basis when project elements are completed.
